How Colour Apparel chooses the right print method

Choose Print and the finished result you need; our team selects the production method after reviewing the garment, artwork, position and quantity.

You choose the result

When you select Print, our team reviews your garment, artwork, print position and total quantity before choosing the most suitable professional production method. This helps us achieve the best balance of appearance, durability, consistency and value.

Print and Embroidery are the two purchasing choices. Printing technologies sit within the production workflow rather than appearing as separate product buttons, basket services or pricing choices.

What shapes the decision?

Artwork detail, colours and finished dimensions affect the assessment. Fabric, construction, seams and access to the chosen position also matter. A method that suits one combination may be unsuitable for another.

Larger and smaller orders can be produced differently. Quantity is one factor: 100 polos alone is not enough information to choose a process without the garment, artwork and position.

Requesting a particular process

Tell the team before approving or paying for production if a specific method is essential. Include the garment, artwork, position and total quantity so production can assess the request.

The team will review your requested process against the garment and design, then explain the suitable options before you commit.

Repeat and mixed orders

A different garment or quantity can change the assessment. Mixed garments do not necessarily need the same process. Explain any requirement to match previous clothing or use one process throughout.

Colour Apparel will not silently substitute something that materially changes an agreed result. The agreed appearance and any essential method requirement remain part of the review.

Care for the finished garment

Follow the garment and decoration care instructions together. Printed and stitched finishes can need different care; use the care guide for the actual item rather than inferring a washing temperature or lifespan from the word Print.
