Privacy requests and artwork retention

Use the privacy route to ask about personal information or stored artwork, with retention handled under the current policy.

Make a privacy request

Open the privacy request route and choose the type of help you need. You can ask about personal information, artwork records, access or deletion.

1. Describe the request. 2. Include relevant account, artwork or order references. 3. Use the secure identity-check process when requested. 4. Keep the request reference for follow-up.

Send only the information needed to identify the records. Keep passwords and payment-card details out of the request.

Understand the records

A saved artwork file, its sharing permissions and the historical version attached to an order are different records. A change to one does not necessarily remove the others.

It is maintained with the privacy policy so the article does not repeat a separate set of retention rules.

Company Store information

For organisation records, identify the Company Store and your role. Access to another member's information needs the appropriate authority; being able to name a store does not establish it.

Follow the outcome

Use the request status or the team's response to see what was completed and any explanation of retained records. A submitted request is not confirmation that deletion has already occurred.
