This identifies Colour Apparel, the Help page and your enquiry. Copy it before opening Studio; it is not filled in automatically.
- Studio opens in a new tab. Add your files in Files, then continue to Your Info.
- Add your contact details. Under About your artwork, choose Use a reference and paste into Order or quote reference.
- Review the details and use Studio’s Send button when you are ready.
Opening Studio or copying a reference does not send files. Wait for Studio’s artwork-received confirmation after sending. Sending artwork does not approve a proof or start production.
Help us check the right thing.
For a fuller brief, use Artwork notes instead of the reference field. Include your Help reference, the garment, Print or Embroidery, intended size and position, and what you need help with. Studio shows one context field at a time; choose Add a note to return to notes. For an existing order, use the email address and reference from that order.
We check artwork suitability free of charge, including before you order. Sending a file does not approve a proof or start production.
