Use reviews in context
Product reviews share other customers' experiences. Compare them with the garment's size chart, specification and your intended use.
A review describes that customer's experience; it does not replace the current product information, care guidance or Colour Apparel terms.
Write or manage a review
Follow the Judge.me review invitation or the review action shown for the product.
Keep the review relevant to the product and experience. Avoid including addresses, order numbers, payment details or another person's private information.
Need help with an order?
For a fault, missing item or delivery problem, contact the team from your order. A product review or an article feedback vote is not a support request and does not confirm that a case has been opened.
You can still describe your experience separately through the review process.
Report a review concern
Use the displayed review-reporting route for a concern about content. Include the product and review reference where available, with a short explanation.
The review system's current process governs submission and moderation. Support can help you find the right route without promising that a particular review will be removed.
