The current summary describes your selected garment quantity and complete configured price, including the selected designs. The breakdown identifies garment, branding, applicable preparation, discounts and VAT. Where variants have different prices, an average unit price does not mean every variant costs the same.
Delivery is shown when the destination and delivery option are known. The order summary identifies what is included and any amount still awaiting that selection.
Visual explanation: Your complete price Garments and selected decoration form the configured item price. Preparation and discounts appear when applicable. Delivery and VAT are shown with the final order context. One specification. A clear breakdown.
Visual explanation: Sizes and quantity breaks Example worksheet: two small, three medium and one large equals six items. This is a counting example, not a price tier. The live pricing group determines which items share a quantity break. Count items; check the pricing group.
How quantity breaks work
Changing colour, sizes, quantities, designs, methods or positions can change the eligible price group and its calculation. Unrelated garments or designs do not automatically qualify together.
Quantity-price tiles show the calculation at each tier’s entry quantity. The current highlighted tier and next-break message use the qualifying items in your actual selection. Compare the current complete price with the future-tier calculation, then review the basket after changing quantities. Use the established VAT control to check the displayed basis.
A confirmed price must come from the approved schedule for the exact configuration; it does not assign a printing technology based on quantity. If any component is awaiting confirmation, the amount is incomplete: do not pay a garment-only price for an unconfirmed personalised order. Clearly marked development demonstration prices are not approved commercial prices.
Embroidery and preparation
New embroidery digitising has a separate one-off setup charge; check the current approved price and any reuse eligibility for your order. Changes to the logo/design or embroidery size can require another digitising charge. Redraw or rebuild work is quoted for your approval before it begins.
Minimum quantities and price breaks are shown for the selected product and service. A previous order's price is a reference, not the current quote.
Need a bespoke price?
Use a quotation for specialist sourcing, unusual artwork, complex personalisation or a multi-location project. For ordinary online orders, configure the item and continue to basket.
If a price fails to update or a selected branding component is missing, use the price-problem guide before paying.

- Free standard mainland delivery qualifies at £99 of decorated items, or £149 for the whole basket, excluding VAT and after all discounts and sample credits.
- For a qualifying timed or regional delivery, you pay only the extra above equivalent standard mainland delivery. See the delivery guide for the full rule.
If you expect a sample credit or a delivery allowance that is missing from your order total, contact the team before paying so we can check the calculation.
