Check the message

For an unsupported type or file-size error, compare the file with the formats and limit shown beside Upload artwork. Use the original file when exporting another supported version.

For a connection error, keep the original file and retry when the connection is stable. Check the upload status before continuing.

Work through the issue

  1. Read the specific error or warning.
  2. Check the file type and size for an upload error.
  3. Check the artwork dimensions for a quality warning.
  4. Review transparency on light and dark backgrounds.
  5. Upload the corrected copy and inspect the preview.

A quality warning relates to how the artwork may reproduce at the selected dimensions. Making a pixel image larger can reduce its effective detail; changing the file extension does not restore it.

Keep your work

Replace the affected file rather than discarding the rest of your garment selection. Check that the latest upload and preview refer to the same artwork version.

If the upload appears stuck or repeated attempts fail, contact the team with the filename, visible error, device/browser and approximate time. Use the secure attachment route for the original file.

For a difficult logo or an unclear warning, request artwork assistance before completing the design.
