Guide / Account and repeat orders

Signing in and recovering account access

Use the account sign-in route with the email linked to your orders or organisation, then follow the displayed recovery steps.

Ordering clothing · Using a Company Store

Open Account and use the email associated with your purchases. Follow the sign-in steps shown for your account, then open Orders or Saved artwork.

For a Company Store, use your organisation's link and the email attached to your membership.

If you cannot get in

  1. Check the email spelling and the account or organisation selected.
  2. Follow the recovery action on the sign-in screen.
  3. Check junk mail for the expected sign-in message.
  4. Use the latest valid link or code rather than an older message.
  5. Return to the intended account or Company Store.

Follow the authentication and recovery instructions on the actual account page. The public Help centre does not display a private sign-in panel.

Missing orders or artwork

Check that you are signed into the account used for the original order. Organisation artwork can also depend on membership and role.

Contact the team with the order, artwork or store reference if the right account still does not show the expected item.

Keep access personal

Keep passwords, recovery links and one-time codes private. Support will use the secure account process to check access; another person's login is not a recovery method.

Sign out on shared devices, and use the privacy guide for requests about personal information or account records.

Identify the right account first

Use the account link on the shop where you ordered. A Company Store may use an organisation-specific link and invited email. Access to the public Help centre is separate from access to orders or saved artwork. Keep your confirmation email to identify the store and address used at purchase.

Recover access without sharing it

  • Check the email address for typing errors and use the address tied to the original order or invitation.
  • Follow the recovery or sign-in instructions on that account page. Check junk mail for messages you requested.
  • For an organisation range, ask the administrator to confirm membership.
  • If access still fails, send Support the order or store reference and the visible error. Do not send the password, recovery link or sign-in code.

Missing history is a separate question

Signing in successfully does not prove that an order belongs to that email or that an organisation has shared its artwork with you. Ask the team to check the relevant reference rather than creating another account or asking a colleague for their login.
