Guide / Account and repeat orders

Who can access saved artwork?

Saved artwork follows the permissions of your account or Company Store, with each design linked to its recorded owner and version.

Find the artwork in the right place

Personal artwork appears within the account authorised to use it. Organisation artwork follows the Company Store's membership and role rules.

Share or manage access

  1. Check the artwork owner and current version.
  2. Use the permitted sharing or organisation action.
  3. Choose the intended recipient or role.
  4. Review the scope before saving.
  5. Check the resulting access record.

For an organisation-wide logo, use the store's managed artwork rather than circulating a shared account password.

When someone leaves

An administrator should review membership and artwork access when a colleague changes role or leaves. Removing access should not alter the historical artwork and approval references attached to accepted orders.

If artwork is missing or appears in the wrong place

Check the account and organisation first. Report the artwork reference and the access problem through the secure support route.

Avoid downloading or forwarding another organisation's artwork as a workaround. The team needs to review the authorised access, not just the visible file.

Use the privacy and retention guide to request access to or deletion of personal information. Storage history, order records and current sharing permissions are distinct parts of that assessment.
