Understand fulfilment
See how the service works and what to prepare.
From your store to your customer.
You sell the agreed clothing range. Colour Apparel decorates, packs and dispatches accepted orders through the service arranged with you.
- Prepare the range. Agree garments, variants, artwork and destinations.
- Check one complete order. Match the order to the right garment and branding, confirm charges and test the delivery updates.
- Produce and dispatch. Production starts after the required checks and payment conditions; carrier delivery follows dispatch.
- Keep the customer informed. Use confirmed order and parcel information. Keep the original references when reporting a problem.
Planning your first setup?
Bring your store address, product ideas, expected order volume, delivery countries and packaging requirements. Ask what is included, what costs extra and how changes or returns are handled.
